Ms Tulip put me on to Santgold ... she is fabulous
The two quasi-military girls at the start reminded me of the lovely beribboned ladies in Sly and Robbie's Boops (here to go) ...
And my other recent musical discovery is Ninjasonik ... funny, sharp as all hell ... D J Teenwold and Reverend McFly aka New Dirty Bastard.

Santgold really put me in mind of early Police. A sparseness of line in the verse followed by a wall of sound approach for the chorus.
I think I like her based on that sample.

Tulip is fantastic, isn't she? If only she hadn't upgraded to IE8 Beta 1 which is, apparently, driving her crazy. Oh well back to FireFox 2. Or Flock maybe? Okay, i'm gonna check out this horsey video now. Neigh!
