SOUL Music

Vinyl is making its way onto my computer ... I bought a turntable from Dick Smith (an Optimus) because it said it would work with computer. I've installed a freeware program called Audacity. It works well, intuitive. First up on the turntable of transformation is David Soul by David Soul, a 1977 album. It is a goodie.

For some reason, a scene in Carnivale reminded me of this famous painting by Andrew Wyeth called Christina's World.

The news last week was all on the police rape trial. Again a sick nastiness is on display. For various media opinions, see TBR and The NZ Herald.
